CANCELLATIONS
Your order can be canceled with a FULL refund prior to processing with no
cancellation fees, restocking fees, shipping charges, or cost to you of any
kind. To cancel your order, immediately call our Customer Service Department
at 1-800-249-0832 or send an e-mail to
CustomerService@teebop.com. Please have your Order Number available.
Once an order is processed, it can no longer be cancelled. Processed orders
are those that have already been picked and packed by the PlaytexStore.com fulfillment
team. In the event that you attempt to cancel an order after it has been processed,
you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in the transaction,
even if you refuse delivery of the shipment.
RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to offer a full refund
on a product returned within 30 days of the date the product was shipped.
Returned products must be new and unused. 'New and unused' means:
- there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the product
- there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the packaging
- the product packaging is unopened
- the product must not have been sized or altered in any way
We cannot accept a return of any product with any indication that it has
been used. In addition, returned products must be accompanied by their original
documentation. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible
for a refund. The full purchase price will be credited to the same form of payment
used for the original purchase.
Here is the procedure for returning a product to PlaytexStore.com:
- Indicate on the packing slip the reason for return.
- Repack the product in its original packaging materials and enclose the
packing slip.
- Write your Order Number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return Prepaid and Insured for the full purchase price by
a traceable carrier such as the United States Postal Service registered
mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express to the address below.
If you are returning a product because it was defective or shipped in error
by PlaytexStore, we will pay the return shipping costs. In no event will PlaytexStore.com
be responsible for return shipping costs for products returned to us for other
reasons.
PLEASE NOTE: PlaytexStore.com will not accept any product that is
not returned in the manner set forth above. A return of some products in an
order may void a multiple-purchase discount. Some products such as personal
care products or closeout items cannot be returned-- please contact TeeBop.com
Customer Service to verify if your products are returnable before sending them
back. Merchandise that has been special ordered will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee upon return. It takes us approximately five days to process your refund
once the product is back in our possession; we will notify you of the status
of your return by e-mail. If you have any questions, call 1-800-249-0832 to

REFUSING DELIVERY
Orders that are refused and returned to us by the carrier will receive credit
for the product that can be resold LESS any return shipping fees imposed
on us by the carrier.
