GENERAL INFORMATION

Our shipping is calculated based on weight, size, and destination. The heavier your order, the higher your shipping cost will be. Our shipments originate in New Jersey; so the farther away from New Jersey you are, the higher your shipping cost will be. For UPS domestic shipments, we use the carrier’s published shipping rates. For UPS international shipments, we offer a discounted rate off the carrier’s published shipping rates. For USPS shipments, we add a minimal charge to the carrier’s published shipping rates to cover our cost for the service of Delivery Confirmation (domestic only) and for insurance against loss or damage. Most orders require 2-3 days to process before shipment.


HOW TO GET A SHIPPING QUOTATION

After entering products and quantities, there are two fields on the Shopping Cart Summary Page in which you can enter your zip (postal) code and country to see your shipping options/costs before entering your personal information. Note that the shipping options displayed are based on postal code and country only. Actual shipping options presented on the checkout page may differ depending on additional address information and any product restrictions.


DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

UPS (United Parcel Service)


  • UPS services are very reliable, offer detailed tracking information, and guaranteed on-schedule delivery*.
  • We offer standard UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
  • UPS services are not available for APO/FPO orders.
  • UPS does NOT deliver to United States Post Office Boxes; a physical street address must be specified.
  • UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday at the quoted rates. Please consider this when selecting a shipping method. In some cases, Saturday delivery is available at a higher cost. E-mail customerservice@teebop.com for more information.
  • *NOTE: The UPS on-schedule delivery guarantee does not apply to packages that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control, such as weather delays and disruptions in air or ground transportation networks. Please consider this especially when opting to use an expedited shipping method.

    USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail and Priority Mail

  • Most orders are delivered within 2-10 days FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT (depending on location and excluding Sunday delivery). This delivery time DOES NOT INCLUDE the 2-3 business days required for us to process your order.
  • APO/FPO destinations may take longer (read more about APO/FPO).
  • Tracking is not available on orders shipped via a USPS shipping method.
  • USPS First Class Mail is available as an option for packages 13 ounces or less.
  • USPS Priority Mail is available as an option for heavier packages only for deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and when it is less expensive than UPS Ground.

  • Post Office Boxes

  • If you intend to ship to a Post Office Box, only USPS shipping options (First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on package weight) will be available for you to select on the final checkout page*.
  • If you prefer to ship your order via UPS (United Parcel Service), you MUST enter a physical street address to which your package can be delivered. UPS does NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes.
  • NOTE: Orders containing products with an ORM-D designation must be shipped via UPS Ground and, therefore, require a physical street address.

    *Exception: We do not offer Priority Mail outside of the 48 contiguous US. To qualify for First Class Mail service, a domestic package must weigh 13 ounces or less and an international package must weigh 4 pounds or less.


    APO/FPO Orders


  • Packages weighing 13 ounces or less are shipped USPS First Class Mail.
  • Packages heavier than 13 ounces are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
  • UPS Services are not available for APO/FPO orders.
  • ORM-D designated products may not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses (read more).
  • Some products may be restricted from shipping to APO/FPO addresses (read more).
  • Tracking is not available for orders shipped via a USPS service.


  • Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico Orders


  • Packages weighing 13 ounces or less are shipped USPS First Class Mail.
  • Packages heavier than 13 ounces are shipped UPS only.
  • ORM-D designated products may not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (read more).
  • Some products may be restricted from shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
  • For orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico must be selected from the STATE drop-down box and the United States must be selected from the COUNTRY drop-down box.


  • Guam/Northern Mariana Islands/US Virgin Islands Orders

  • Packages weighing 13 ounces or less are shipped USPS First Class Mail.
  • Packages heavier than 13 ounces are shipped UPS Worldwide Saver only.
  • ORM-D designated products may not be shipped to these destinations (read more).
  • Some products may be restricted from shipping to these destinations.
  • When placing an order, Guam/Northern Mariana Islands/US Virgin Islands must be selected from the STATE drop-down box and the United States must be selected from the COUNTRY drop-down box.


  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS


  • Packages weighing 4 pounds or less are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail International or via a UPS (United Parcel Service) Worldwide Service.
  • Packages heavier than 4 pounds are shipped via a UPS Worldwide Service only*.
  • *Because of the increased risk of lost, damaged, and undelivered packages with international shipments, the only services that we can offer for packages heavier than 4 pounds are UPS Worldwide Services. Although relatively more expensive than other options, these services are reliable, offer detailed tracking information, and guarantee delivery.

  • Delivery time for USPS First Class Mail International can take up to 3 weeks (depending on your shipping destination), starting from your order’s shipment date. Please allow this time before reporting an undelivered package. There is no tracking available on USPS shipments.
  • Delivery times for UPS Worldwide Services can range from 1 - 6 days (depending on the service selected and the shipping destination), starting from your order’s shipment date.
  • NOTE: Delivery times may be impacted by delays encountered during Customs processing.

    ORM-D designated products may not be shipped to international addresses (read more). Some of our other products are also restricted from being shipped to international addresses due to their weight and increased risk of damage in transit.

    In addition to the standard shipping costs added to your order, you are also responsible for any import taxes, tariffs, duties, or brokerage fees charged on your order when it enters your country. These charges, if any, will be presented to you by the carrier when your order is delivered. If you refuse to accept your order, no refund will be issued. Read more about Customs Fees.

    We accept orders for shipment to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bermuda, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. All transactions are calculated and collected in US dollars.

    When entering your shipping address, you may find it difficult to enter the components of your address into the standard United States postal address format used by our system. If we do not understand your address, we will send you an e-mail to confirm before we ship your order. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct and that you are allowing e-mails from Teebop.com.


    DELIVERY TIMES

    Estimated delivery times do NOT include the 2-3 business days required for order processing. They refer only to the length of time from date of shipment to date of delivery. If you place an order on Thursday, it will in most cases be shipped on Monday. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will in most cases be shipped on Tuesday or possibly Wednesday. If you place an order on Monday, it will in most cases be shipped on Wednesday, etc. If you place an order on or close to a holiday, there may be a delay in receiving your order. This applies to all shipping methods, including Expedited methods.

    ORM-D PRODUCTS

    A number of our products, mainly aerosols, are designated as ORM-D Consumer Commodities. ORM-D stands for Other Regulated Materials, Domestic. It is a designation assigned by the U.S. Department of Transportation to denote a small amount of material that can be considered a hazardous substance, but packaged in a form intended or suitable for retail sale.

    ORM-D products must be shipped via a ground method of transportation. Therefore, orders containing ORM-D products must be shipped via UPS Ground; and we limit their sale to the 48 contiguous United States.


    RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

    A number of our products are not shipped outside of the 48 contiguous US because of their weight, size, packaging, and/or increased risk of damage in transit. These products display the message: “Delivery within the 48 Contiguous United States Only.” Products restricted to the 48 Contiguous United States may not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

    We also sell products that are not permitted by the manufacturer to be shipped outside of the United States OR that we choose to not ship outside of the United States (shipments of these products are allowed to destinations in the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands and APO/FPO addresses; however, shipping options are limited for locations outside of the 48 contiguous US). These products display the message: “Delivery within the United States Only”.



    SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

    Customers who provide a valid e-mail address while placing their order will be notified via e-mail when their order has shipped. For orders shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service), the e-mail notice includes a tracking link for the shipment (tracking information may not be available until after 4:00 PM). There is also an Order Tracking selection at the top of our home page. To track your order from this link, you will need your order number and your postal code.

    NOTE: Tracking is not available for orders shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail International.


    REFUSING DELIVERY

    Domestic orders that are refused and returned to us by the carrier will receive credit for the product that can be resold LESS any return shipping fees imposed on us by the carrier. International orders that are refused will receive no refund.


    HOW TO REPORT A NON-DELIVERED ORDER

    Please refer to the DELIVERY TIMES topic to determine the typical amount of time it should take for your package to be delivered to you depending on the shipping method selected. Please wait the maximum amount of time indicated before reporting a non-delivered order.

    FOR A UPS SHIPMENT... FOR A USPS SHIPMENT...
    Check the UPS tracking information for your order (refer to the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING topic for instructions).
    • If tracking indicates a problem with your order, contact us at 1-800-667-4860 or send an e-mail to customerservice@teebop.com.
    • If tracking indicates your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, business associates, etc., to make sure that no one picked up your package for you. Also check around your house or business to make sure the package was not left on a porch, in a garage, in the apartment office, etc. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at the phone number or e-mail address shown above.
    NOTE: A non-delivered UPS shipment must be reported within 10 business days (Mon-Fri) from date of shipment.
    If your package has not arrived within the delivery time specified, perform the following steps:
    • Check with family members, neighbors, business associates, etc., to make sure that no one picked up your package for you.
    • Check with your postal carrier or local post office to make sure that your package was not returned to the post office.
    • If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at 1-800-667-4860 or send an e-mail to customerservice@teebop.com.
    NOTE: A non-delivered USPS shipment must be reported within 30 business days (Mon-Sat) from date of shipment.
