My daughter started colic at 3 weeks and cried until she was 4 and a half months old. She had a protein allergy and any sort of extra gas made her unbearable. I started her on these nipples and I love them. I have always wanted playtex bottles because my family always uses them, and even though I noticed that these nipples are different than the kind they used to have, I think they work great.

The best bottle nipples ever! 09/19/2007

My child was breast fed for four months, when I switched to bottles, I went through many different types. When I finally tried the Playtex with drop ins, they were great; however, then I had to find a nipple that made her happy. I found the Natural latch and my child has been eating great without having problems with gas!

alternitive to silicon 05/20/2007

My baby does not feed well with silicon nipples. He spent a month in NICU, ad got very use to soft nipples there. Now he's a great eater, but still partial to soft nipples. We purchased 4 bottle systems before we figured out it was the firm, silicon nipples. So we had to put together another brands slim latex nipples with the Aire Vent slim bottle system, which works GREAT! Then I found these latex nipples for the drop-ins (which we also bought!) and they are great, except they are hard to find in stores. I am very thankful Playtex has soft, latex nipples, too.

Not at all a "natural latch" 02/02/2007

The new nipples have been a awful. They dribble out the sides, and give my baby sooooooooo much gas. I wish you had never changed nipples. I am sooo disappointed in your product. I used playtex with my first son and needed bibs only when I went to solid food. I have had to buy triple the amount of bibs with my new baby and he is only 2 months old and no where near solids. I would change bottles but you are now like everybody else. Except you have plastic baggies with your bottles. Very sad. I was a playtex baby myself 30 years ago. Really to bad that you had to change. My breast look nowhere near the new nipples sorry to say. Not at all a "natural latch"
