I love this cooler bag. I store it in my freezer all the time so it's ready to go. I've put warm bottles in there and they are cold in no time. I take day trips all the time and my bottles are cold all day.

Doesn't Keep Cold 08/02/2007

I recently bought this product in a Target store. It doesn't keep cold nearly as long as advertised on the package. After freezing it well over 8 hours overnight and putting in an extra freezer pack, the temperature was up to 48 degrees by lunchtime, and by 3 p.m. it was over 51 degrees. By the time I get it home it is basically room temperature. I kept it out of the sun and in an air conditioned office. This product is probably only useful for a commute from home fridge to office fridge and back again. It definitely cannot double as a fridge at work.

I bought one a few weeks ago in preparation for returning to work (I'm a pumping mom). I liked the idea of it-no need to worry about freeze packs, condensation, etc. It works well, but not nearly as long as it says it does on the tag. I don't know if it's because breastmilk is somewhat warm when I put it in there, but I had to add an extra freeze pack to it to help keep things chilled. I only work an 8-hour day and by the time I get it home, it's room temperature. I've even made sure it was good and frozen over a 3-day period before I used it...no difference in cold-time.
