My son is only three weeks old and the numbers have come off his bottles from me hand washing them. We used these same bottles with my oldest son three years ago and did not have this problem.

I too, have had problems with the numbers washing off. Almost from the beginning. Not only that, but the silicone gaskets in the bottoms started leaking after only a month & a half's use.

I had these bottles for less than 2 months and as with the other mom, the numbers washed off. Regardless of the economic times we are experiencing, for the money spent on bottles, there should be quality. These are a terrible purchase and I advise everyone that if you want the Vent Air, to only buy the Crystal Clear. I have thrown out 12 bottles in this short period of time and my daughter isn't even 4 months old. I am so disappointed in Playtex. I wish I had my receipts still to request reimbursement. I am now using the Crystal Clear, only because my daughter got used to these bottles and I'm tired of wasting money on bottles, but they are more costly than the regular BPA free.

I had recently purchased this product from Walmart and used it about 5 times and the measurement numbers had washed off and now unable to use them to make my babies formula..
