Well worth the money 08/31/2010

I got this pump 4.5 years ago when my daughter was born... I used it for 4 months pumping 4 times a day 5 days a week. It worked beautifully. Then this year when my son was born I broke it out and a couple of months later it died... I ordered a new motor and it worked great. Then the suction started going on the second one, I called and had a new one overnighted for free. I'm still using it (pumping exclusively) and my son is 7 months old. It is still going strong! Definitely worth the money and very comfortable (no pain what so ever) when I was engorged. Was able to pump 8-10 oz from each side while double pumping. Even with the "hiccups" I would still buy this pump again and recommend it to friends and/or family.

Awsome pump until it stops forever 08/05/2009

This pump is great. Soft cups against you tight. No pain while pumping. I would have recommended it to anyone. Worked great for 7 months. I pump 4 times a day 5 days a week at full speed. Then it happened. One Friday morning the pump went dead. After spending over $200, I expected it to last longer. Luckily, I called Teebop and got a replacement sent to me for Monday morning. Thankfully I do not work on the weekends so I could just nurse.

Good Pump Gone BAD 05/25/2008

The pump, when it actually works, is VERY efficient and almost completely pain-free. I experienced minimal, if any, pain at all. The breast cups are very comfortable. When the suction DOES work, it is very efficient, as I was once able to pump out 4-6oz (sometimes 8oz) at a time in mere minutes when double pumping.

HOWEVER, my baby is 3 weeks old and the pump has lost ALL of its suction TWICE now. The first time happened in the first week or so, and now in the third week, it has again died on me. I was overnighted a new pump the first time it happened without issue.

I am also EXCLUSIVELY PUMPING, so this is not only a mere 'inconvenience' to me, but it is pretty darn damaging to my supply as well.

Good pump ... while it lasts! 12/18/2007

I bought this pump for my first child about 2 years ago. It worked pretty good for me then, although I did have to turn the suction up high to pump both sides at once. Also, there are a lot of parts to take apart and clean. I will say that the bag is nicely organized and the cups are comfortable, especially on sore nipples. I only ended up using this pump for about 3 months and then cleaned it and put it in storage. When I got it out to use it this time around the pump was making a wheezing sound and not pumping as effectively, the suction was very low. I tried using just one side at a time and the suction was still very low. After calling the customer service hot line I was assured that it wasn't the pump but the valves or the tubing. I replaced both of these and still no suction. It is now to the point where it has basically no suction at all even on the highest settings. Even after all of this I was willing to buy a replacement pump. However, be aware that none of these replacement parts are available in stores and must be ordered online or over the phone. So ... what do you do if your pump suddenly breaks? It's not as if you can just wait a week. Expedited shipping on this item is $43.00. Plus, it is now the holidays and shipping is even more difficult. At this point I simply chose to purchase a new pump (of a different brand).

Fast, Easy, and Painless pumping 04/26/2006

With my first child I tried a manual pump, which was awful, and then a small electric pump that was painful, loud, and hard to use. With my second child, I tried to use that pump again but was so engorged I couldn't do it. I bought the Embrace pump and it was great. There a 2 pumps, it is quieter than most and didn't hurt at all. I would have paid the higher price just for those first few weeks of engorgement. It was worth it. I am going on vacation for 2 days and will need to bring the pump with me, luckily it comes with a really cute bag to carry everything in.
