be careful - hygiene issues 01/16/2010

The cup itself has been great but the lid is a very bad design. Turn it upside down and there should be a deep groove in the plastic either side of the spout which collects really bad bacteria, mold etc. I have tried to clean down there with a toothpick as too deep for a brush but I have brought out black bits before when I dig really deep, they should use more plastic to make it flush with no grooves

LOVE Playtex cups & the ability to replace parts : 12/21/2008

I have used Playtex cups for the last two years for both my sons. I'm amazed at how well these cups have held up to the constant drops, chewing and all-out abuse they have received from 2 active little boys. The lids have had their fair share of trauma and I just figured I'd have to buy new cups. Thank you so much, for making available the replacement parts I needed. I always hate to add more trash to an already over-filled dump - especially when the cups themselves are perfectly fine. I checked your website as a last resort and am happy that I don't have to trash any of my cups and can buy just what I need. Wonderful customer service!

I have several cups from daughter who is now 6. The cups are fine but the lids have been teethed on and really beat up. It is a great relief to know that I can buy just the lids and not have to go to the expense of replacing cups and lids. thank you!

We bought the cups for my oldest son who is now almost 5. There is nothing wrong with the cups but the lids have seen better days. I am so happy that I can now order just the lids and don't have to go and buy all new cups for my younger son :-)
