These vents are awesome as you need them every few months. The plastic doesn't seal anymore & the formula starts to leak out of the bottle.

My bottles have also started leaking from the bottom and I have only been using them for 4 weeks. I just called Playtex customer service and they were wonderful! They said to make sure that all pieces are COMPLETELY DRY before reassembling the bottle after it has been washed otherwise they will leak.I am guessing that this is where my problem is since I reassemble immediately after taking them out of the dishwasher so they are often still wet. I used Ventaire bottles with my first child and they never gave me any problems so of course I bought the new BPA free version for my second baby and other than the leaking, I am completely happy with the product.

If you clean them regularly by sterilizing them I found the seals leak very quickly as they stretch
